Katsunori Yamaji (Chief Executive Officer)

Graduated from the Department of
Environmental Information at Keio University(SFC)
as a member of the inaugural class in 1994 and
joined Sega Enterprises Ltd., where he was involved in
development and production of video games.
Moved to Microsoft Corporation in 2000, and
handled the production of video games in the Xbox department.
In May 2003, retired Microsoft and established Premium Agency Inc.

Ayumi Takahashi　(Vice President/Chief Producer)

Graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Psychology.
Entered Premium Agency in 2007 as both CEO assistant and the first
member of the International Business Development team.
In 2008, led Premium Agency’s educational business in Asia, and also
as managed and negotiated development deals with foreign publishers.
Promoted to VP and Business Development manager in 2009.

Noriyoshi Ohba (Vice President/ Chief Creative Officer)

Graduated from Waseda University School of Commerce in 1987
and joined Sega Enterprises Ltd.
He was inaugurated as the CEO of Overworks Inc. and as the
vice president/ development manager of SEGA WOW ltd. in 2000.
In 2004 November, took his post as the vice president and entertainment
department director of Interchannel Inc.
In the same year, Noriyoshi concurrently held the post of the chairman
as well as the CEO of Lightweight Co., Ltd.
Entered GungHo Works,Inc. as the CEO in 2007.
As of 2010, took the post of the vice president and CCO of Premium Agency Inc.
